  • Customized or personalized jewelry pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
